Microsoft 365 Price Increases
It has just recently been brought to our attention that Microsoft is increasing their annual monthly subscriptions after April 1, 2025, on the date of your next subscription renewal.
Most of our customer subscriptions are billed to us monthly with an annual commitment. Your “NCE contract end date” is indicated on your invoices, on any Microsoft 365 item. Your current price is locked in until this next renewal date. With this monthly billing, it allows us to bill you monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually with our support contract billing. Keeping with this method, your next renewal will have an increase on your Microsoft 365 licenses.
If you want to avoid this increase, we can change your subscriptions to 1-year pre-paid. At which time we would bill you for the full year, up front. We will only change subscriptions upon your approval. Please let us know soon, if you want to update your subscription to pre-paid on the next renewal date. All subscriptions and pricing are good for 1-year. Any month-to-month subscriptions will remain at the same higher price.
New prices per-user for the shown subscription, upon your next subscription renewal.
Please contact us directly with any questions. See your most recent contract invoice for the current number of licenses that you have.
