Please disregard any notices you may have received from Microsoft on 8/18/2024, as seen below. In the process of cleaning up our duplicate partner relationships, that were expiring soon, it generated these emails to customers. Which stated the relationship has ended.
We must maintain these Granular admin relationships for every customer, to keep access to their Microsoft 365 accounts. Each relationship has an expiration date and needs to be approved again to maintain our access. Currently we have active relationships with all of our Microsoft 365 customers, so nothing further is needed at this time.
